Alright I promised to get a photo up of my adventures in hair coloring, and here it is.

On the top we've got my blonde hair. Did that in June, I believe. My sister was bleaching her bf's hair and had so much bleach left over I thought, hey, let's do mine. I had her take the top layer and bleach it. I had plans to put red in right after bleaching it, but I decided to stick with the blonde for a bit since it didn't look half bad. There was a little green on the ends from a long time ago when I had some blue/purple in, but it wasn't too noticeable. I kept the blonde for about a month before I got bored and my roots were super noticeable. Then....

I went red. Vampire Red from Manic Panic to be precise. I loved the day-glow red color I got. But, unfortunately it didn't last as long as I would have liked. It didn't stay that vibrant for too long, but it did fade out nicely. On the right is a shot a couple weeks later or so. It faded into sunset colors, which I really liked. I eventually let that wash out completely before.....

I went purple. I used Ultraviolet from Manic Panic. It wasn't very bright, and washed out rather quickly, but I'm sure that's because I wasn't doing it on freshly bleached hair and the blonde parts of my hair still had the slightest bit of red/orange tone to it, so when the purple faded away, I was left with a pretty normal brownish color.

I managed to restrain myself from putting anymore color in it because I had big plans. But, you'll have to check out 'Adventures in Haircolor...Pt.2' to see it.
